Last year we brought you the Factory Reset Tour. This was a time to remove and forget all of the old training, bad habits, and systems that no longer work, or are ineffective. This class will teach you how to develop your team and build systems and processes to help you win the retail game. As a result, you will be less dependent on storms, speed up cash flow, and help your reps win early and often. This has proven to be effective for not only retaining your sales reps, but also for hiring your sales reps, and increasing morale inside your team. These retail concepts have been proven inside of At Your Service Roofing and many other roofing companies inside the Master Your Craft community. We will also be spending a large portion of time explaining the new model that John and Chris have developed and used in training called the Evidence Package. This is a wholly new model, which has been shown to be incredibly effective at not only winning the claim game, but also doing so faster and more effectively.
